Hello all and Praise to our Father who guides and directs our paths!!! The good news is that we are here at SHIP, we have a good vehicle that runs, ALL our luggage is here, and we are all healthy.... How the day went is another story, but your prayers and persistance were effective. The enemy put several snares in our path, but God was in control. Now it is 10pm and we are getting ready to enjoy a spaghetti dinner cooked by the great Debbie Worells and we are so joyful!!!
Tomorrow we will begin our day a little behind, but eager to begin our projects. Thank you for your prayers and support - we would not have survived the last two days without them...
We love you and will write more tomorrow!!!

We offer prayers of thanksgiving!!! Bonnie....Dad talked with Bruce from Mt. Olive who is with Lilly. He is concerned about malaria and says that if you drink quinine water everyday, you will be protected. I assume you know about this, but Dad wanted me to pass this on. We love you, and pray for a productive mission trip for all of you.
Praise the Lord! I Thank God for your safe arrival and the vision he has placed in you to do this great work. As you continue to add to the body of Christ I am lifting you up in prayer continuously with expectation of miraculous signs and wonders from above. Matt and Bonny I whole heartedly believe in what God has called you to do. The night before you left I could really sense the presence of the Holy Spirit on you. You are Gods perfection, I am full of joy knowing that He has chosen you to lead this mission. I couldn't imagine anyone else. Have confidence that the Father will complete the work he has begun in you. God declares He is gracious to the poor, exodus 22:27, Lev 25:35-37,Deut 14:28-29, 15:7-11. Continue to be "Wild at Heart" as you begin your journey of "Love". I believe that without a spirit (heart) of love it is impossible to see God. May Gods mighty hand be with you always.
PS. Please say hello to the rest of the team and tell Mark all is well at the home front. Please inform him that I had an interview today with rapid refill...it went great :-).
